On two occasions now, my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited has shut off while I am driving as if I turned the ignition off. I coasted to side of road and tried to restart with it just turning, and turning without starting. Both times, the car starts up again after about 20 minutes. I am confused.

After the bounce, the harness would move enough to not make contact any more and the engine would start running like nothing happened.
