In my opinion (and that of most experienced collectors), the markings were all added post WWII. The box appears contempory. I would have kept the Dutch Luger.

A nice looking Luger that has an Erfurt toggle train and frame but the trigger has been replaced (different number) and the barrel is a replacement.
