It triggers with traps, and I remember it triggering pretty quickly in my time using it for PvE. Normally feint+TC feint+potent feint+item potent feint into triple sharpened blades and a dragoon amulet hit works. ... you can also have someone mass feint if they have it or use dragoon hat mass traps to make sure minions die even if they shield.
