Skyrim dupe glitch.
One is a very simple Duplication glitch and the other is a Stolen Tag removal glitch. Duplication. Needed: Follower and Items to dupe. What you want to do is head to any closed city, like Whiterun, then drop the items you want to duplicate at the front gate inside the city.
As a side note, some people aren't too fond of looking up the codes of items, or are sure of how to do it, and this is a very easy way to dupe stuff, without looking up any codes. My companion is Jenassa. I go to the Whiterun gate and drop the root, make her pick it up, quickly leave the gat, come back inside, and it's supposed to be on the ground still with a copy in her inventory. But it's not on the ground when I do this, only in her inventory. Ok. First, get a follower. Then drop the item you want to dupe. Then stand the entrance in whiterun and get out. And then fast travel immediately back to whiterun and you'll see the item on the ground and in your follower's inventory.
Go to your house, and open the bookshelf. Read the Oghma Infinium book, then select the skill set to assign the skill gain. Close the book, but not the bookshelf. Store the book on the shelf, then take the book back off the shelf, and select it, but do not read it. Repeat this as many times as desired to get as much skill level gain as desired.
