I purchased a used 2018 Sante Fe, Limited Ultimate, and the rear camera was working fine until 5 months ago when I updated the navigation maps through the SD card slot below the display screen. During the update, it said the rear camera and Bluelink will be disabled. That process takes about 3 minutes.Edit: makeing appointment with dealer I've check fuses and unplug battery for 10 min and tried the reset button for radio it worked one time and refused to work again. You could try pushing the reset button on the radio unit.
