Whenever I redeem the points, the video pops up for a second, can hear the audio but the video freezes. I've tried redownloading the video, reuploading the video to triggerfyre, trying different videos, remaking the channel points settings, resetting streamlabs, run streamlabs as admin, it still freezes.
