The tension mechanism that keeps the stock locked while folded is actually inserted into the folding trunnion on top of the hinge mechanism. It took a little work but my PT-1 locks up nice. For starters, the 4.5mm pin PSA includes needed to be sanded down to be able to fit through the zenitco stock adapter. Once that was done, I had to file a bit on the adapter where it enters the rear trunnion because it was too tight and wouldn't lock up. It now locks up great with no issues.
